Our mission

What we do and why

Renting a property used to be complicated and time-consuming for agents, tenants and landlords alike. Now, Goodlord’s online experience streamlines the lettings process, making it easier for everyone.

We couldn’t do that without the diverse group and hard-working team of Goodlordians behind our award-winning platform. Based in our Central London office, we support Goodlordians in their development, offer a number of perks (including having pets in the office), and recognise achievements with plenty of events, activities and benefits along the way.

How does the application process work?

So, you want to hear more about becoming a Goodlordian? Our interview process is designed to be thorough and informative - but fun! It’s a two-way conversation, so we can learn more about you and you can learn more about us.

Our application process

The interview process will differ slightly from role to role, but the general steps are:

  • Our Talent team will review your application. If it matches the role requirements, we'll be in touch as quickly as possible.
  • The next step is a 30 minute Google Hangout or phone call to find out more about you and to tell you more about us.
  • If everyone's happy, you'll be invited to a face-to-face interview, or Google Hangout, which typically lasts 90 minutes, split into two sessions:
    • Role Related: covering the main responsibilities and criteria of the role, and your experience.
    • Value add: Our values guide our decisions and how we work so we want to make sure Goodlord is an environment you'll thrive in.

Our People & Talent team will walk you through this step by step so please don’t be afraid to ask questions.
