Whether you're a tenant or an agent managing a landlord's property, bill management can be a hassle. With Bills Included, you can sit back and let your tenants use a simple app - powered by acasa - to set up and pay for all their bills in one place.

If your tenants have housemates, even better. They'll no longer need to worry about who pays what each month, they'll be able to set up, manage and split their bills directly in the app. 

A new revenue stream for your business

If your tenants choose Bills Included, you'll benefit too, with £50 commission for every successful sign up.

That's on top of the commission that you could get if you also chose to offer your tenants Contents and Liability Insurance, to make sure they have everything they need to get move-in ready.

No unexpected costs for your agency or landlords

Unlike if you were to offer a bills included tenancy off your own back, Bills Included shoulders the risk for you.

Frequently asked questions

Your tenants can pay for electricity, gas, water, and broadband through the app.

Your tenants will pay for one simple package, with no need to contact or manage multiple suppliers for set up or router delivery.

All their bills will be split automatically - each tenant pays their share via their own direct debit - and their usage will be balanced at the end of the annual contract.

Meter reads are key to ensure their monthly payments are calculated accurately.

Your tenants can sign up in one of three ways:
