What does our policy cover?

Contents cover for damage caused by fire, theft, malicious damage, vandalism, subsidence, heave or landslip, storm, flood and escape of water or oil.

VISTORS' BELONGINGS up to £1000.

STANDARD ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE COVER for electronics and more.

TENANTS LIABILITY COVER of up to £10,000 per incident.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS including full accidental damage cover, legal expenses cover of up to £100,000, and contents outside the home for up to 90 consecutive days.

Renters' contents insurance can help cover the cost of your tenants' possessions from damage caused by fire, theft, malicious damage, vandalism, subsidence, heave or landslip, storm, flood and escape of water or oil.

Renters' liability insurance helps to cover any accidental damage to the landlord's furniture, fixtures, or fittings. 

You'll receive commission each time one of your tenants purchase an insurance policy.

We’ll call the tenants a maximum of four times to discuss this service with your tenants, with the first call coming two days after referencing has been completed.

Goodlord works with a panel of insurers to give a range of competitively-priced policies tailored to the individual tenant’s needs.

Prices vary depending on each tenant’s needs. If they choose to pay monthly, they pay nothing upfront and can be protected immediately - reducing the initial financial outlay of moving home while still ensuring their possessions are protected.
