Frequently asked questions

No. We will pay the rent directly into your client account, as your tenants do now, with no delay. The only change will be to your rent chasing process as we will take care of that for you.

Tenancies automatically become periodic once the contract end date has passed unless you specify on Goodlord that the tenancy is ending. We will then pro-rata the last payment for you on your behalf.
