Landlord Buildings and Contents Insurance

Landlords can get peace of mind by protecting their property, inside and out. Our Building Insurance policy protects a landlord's property, including covering the cost of alternative accommodation when a property becomes uninhabitable.

Meanwhile, our Building and Contents Insurance policy will cover the outside and the inside, providing landlords protection for household items such as the curtains, carpet, cooker, and more.

Tenants Contents and Liability Insurance

Our insurance policy, provided by Legal & General, means that if your tenants get injured or fall ill, they can continue to pay their rent with a monthly benefit.
