What is Rent Collection and Lettings Accounts?

Lettings Accounts combines with Rent Collection to offer you a full payments solution. The system automatically sets up a separate e-money account for each of your landlords' properties - in your name and clearly labelled as a client account - with funds securely held with the Bank of England.

You can then use these accounts to manage the entire lettings payment cycle - taking move-in monies, receiving rent payments, reconciling payments, and paying out management fees, maintenance fees and landlord payments - in one place.

Frequently asked questions

No. We will pay the rent directly into your client account, as your tenants do now, with no delay. The only change will be to your rent chasing process as we will take care of that for you.

Tenancies automatically become periodic once the contract end date has passed unless you specify on Goodlord that the tenancy is ending. We will then pro-rata the last payment for you on your behalf.
