PRO Referencing offer Terms & Conditions

1. The number of free references you receive will be prorated based on your go-live date through December 31, 2025, subject to you having completed all required documentation for your 2026 contract. The allocation of free references will be calculated based on the number of paid references you have committed to for the 2026 calendar year, as outlined in the order form. Example:
   If your forecasted references per year equals 120 (10 per month)
   And your go live date is 1st September 2025, your free allocation would be  40 references.
   
   
2. All references, whether free or paid, apply exclusively to Goodlord’s PRO referencing option, and cannot be used for any other Goodlord referencing options. If you use a different option, it will be billed separately.
   
   
3. Any unused free references will expire on December 31, 2025.
   
   
4. After the first 60 days of this contract being live, you may terminate the agreement providing one week’s notice if Goodlord’s average time to provide a referencing outcome exceeds 48 hours on average. This 48-hour period is calculated from the time all required information is received by Goodlord until the outcome is notified to you. The calculation will be assessed for all PRO references requested from the go live date. The calculation excludes any time where a reference has been reopened.
   
   Note: If you terminate the agreement due to an average return time over 48 hours, you will still be billed for all references used less any free references or payment made to date, whichever is greater. No refunds will be provided following termination..
   
   Note: Should you have evidence that the average turnaround time has exceeded the 48 hours, you will need to raise this to Goodlord who will undertake a review of the applications completed. This review must have been undertaken and confirm the average turnaround time to exceed 48 hours before term 4 can be invoked. Goodlord reserves the right to not undertake a review where there is no evidence to back-up the request.
   
   
5. If you exceed your free reference volume between your go live date and 31 December 2025, any additional references you use will be deducted from the volume of committed paid references.
   
   
6. Billing for agreed paid for references will commence on the 1st January 2026.
   
   
7. The number of free references is fixed and cannot be increased after this contract is signed.
   
   
8. Offer is only available to new customers only.
