As with all of our additional services, Goodlord Referencing is available within the Goodlord platform. All you need to do is send the link to the tenant to start the referencing process. We’ll also send you regular progress updates.

You can now pre-qualify tenants at any point during the tenancy journey, straight from the Goodlord platform. Instruct tenants to provide details to you at the click of a button. Our pre-qualification tool is closely aligned with our referencing criteria, so you have the best view of tenants’ suitability before you progress the tenancy, so you don’t waste any time.

Did you know we do Corporate Lets too?

Our bespoke referencing form is tailored specifically to your corporate clients and allows you customers to process Corporate Lets through our platform in the same way you would a normal tenancy.


We assess tenants and guarantors across four areas to provide you with the best picture of your tenant so you can make a decision based on our recommendations.

Please note Right to Rent checks must still be conducted in person. You will need to verify ID documents in person, make copies of all ID provided and keep copies of them for the duration of the tenancy.
